Great Location and Amazing Views

During our city break, we found the hotel to be in a fantastic location, close to the beach and the center of the city. The views from the room were breath-taking, and we enjoyed watching the sunset from our balcony. Another great advantage was the variety of food offered for breakfast each day. We particularly loved trying the different types of pastries and fresh fruits on offer.

We did find the limited parking space to be a bit frustrating, as we had to park a distance away from the hotel. Additionally, although the room was clean and tidy, it was smaller than we had expected, and we struggled to fit all our luggage inside comfortably. we did have a pleasant stay, and we would recommend the hotel to anyone looking to visit this city.

Perfectly clean. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Very good location close to beach (5 min walk).

Really poor breakfest. Staff did not care much, slowly added new food only when the platters were empty. Only Italian and German channels in TV. Staff speak only very very basic English.

I like the staff. The owner is a great guy and very helpful.

The internet is not convenient. You must get it in 1 hour chunks and it does not work after 11 PM.

Comfortable room, daily cleaning, wide breakfast choices, lovely and helpful staff, short walk to the beach and center of Grado, great choice for a vacation.

the rooms were small yet decent with efficient air conditioning. Friendly staff provided bicycles for rental, and the boat trip to Pirano is highly recommended. Breakfast was okay, with replenishment being delayed at times.

The busy road by the hotel made it difficult to sleep with the balcony door open.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the location in walking distance to the center and on the lagoon. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities provided are satisfactory. The rooms with a view over the lagoon are a nice touch, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was satisfactory and we had no major complaints.

Great location for my New Year's stay - close to the beach and several restaurants. The hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the fact that the hotel offered stable and free Wi-Fi. , the breakfast was included and had a good variety of choices.

The room was quite small and the bathroom had no shower curtains, making the floor wet after a shower. the noise from the nearby street could be heard from our room, but it wasn't unbearable.

The location was great, only a short walk to the beach and the city center full of shops and restaurants. The staff was helpful and kind, always available throughout the day. The cleanliness was also noteworthy, with daily cleaning of our comfortable room.
